FOR PREMIER & SUPREME WARRANTY
1. You are to either to drive or tow the car directly to our Authorized Panel for assessment within seven (7) days of the breakdown. You can either call your motor insurance company or OUR AUTO ASSIST at 1300 80 1088 for assistance. Any excess payment requested by the towing company may be absorbed by us subject to distance of towing and the severity of the breakdown;
2. Kindly state the followings at our Authorized Panel:
(a) the Warranty Number, car registration number and current odometer reading;
(b) explain the full nature of the problem remembering that you are required to disclose to us all information which is relevant in assisting us to assess the breakdown. If you fail to disclose such information, the warranty benefit shall become void.
3. Upon receiving your car, based on your above information, our Authorized Panel shall assess the breakdown and determine the malfunction part. All repairs and replacement to parts that are within the warranty benefit shall be repaired and replaced at no cost to you provided THAT:
(a) the Warranty Package is valid, subsisting and not void at the time of the breakdown;
(b) You have submitted the car and a duly signed Assessment Form to our Authorized Panel;
(c) You had carried out the car’s Maintenance/Service within the Recommended Service Interval at the Authorized Panel;
(d) You had not carried out the car’s Maintenance/Service and/or Repair at an unauthorized workshop/service center;
(e) the Warranty Benefit hasn’t been excluded under the Exclusion Clauses stipulated in our terms and conditions including but not limited to accident claim, modifications to the car, non-disclosure, fraud, misrepresentation, undue influence by You; in which case the Assessment Form shall be rejected by us and the Warranty terminated.
4. The malfunctioned part is not in respect of Parts Not Under Warranty as stipulated in our terms and conditions.

FOR EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY

FOR ETP WARRANTY
1. You are to either to drive or tow the car directly to your choice of workshop/service centre for assessment within seven (7) days of the breakdown. You can either call your motor insurance company or OUR AUTO ASSIST at 1300 80 1088 for assistance. Any excess payment requested by the towing company may be absorbed by us subject to distance of towing and the severity of the breakdown;
2. Kindly state the followings at our Authorized Panel:
(a) the Warranty Number, car registration number and current odometer reading; and
(b) explain the full nature of the problem remembering that you are required to disclose to us all information which is relevant in assisting us to assess the breakdown. If you fail to disclose such information, the warranty benefit shall become void.
3. Upon receiving your car, based on your above information, your workshop/service centre shall assess the breakdown and determine the malfunction part.
4. You are request the workshop/service centre to contact us and we shall forward them an Assessment Form. Upon receiving your Assessment Form and based on your above information therein, we shall liase directly with the workshop/service centre and assess the malfunction or breakdown and determine the malfunction part. All repairs and replacement to parts that are within the warranty benefit shall be repaired and replaced at no cost to you provided THAT:
(a) the Warranty Package is valid, subsisting and not void at the time of the breakdown;
(b) You have submitted the car and a duly signed Assessment Form to the workshop/service centre;
(c) You had carried out the car’s Maintenance/Service within the Recommended Service Interval at a workshop/service centre of your choice;
(d) You had carried out the car’s Maintenance/Service and/or Repair at a workshop/service centre of your choice;
(e) the Warranty Benefit hasn’t been excluded under the Exclusion Clauses stipulated in our terms and conditions including but not limited to accident claim, modifications to the car, non-disclosure, fraud, misrepresentation, undue influence by You; in which case the Assessment Form shall be rejected by us and the Warranty terminated.

FOR MBW & MBW+
1. You are to either to drive or tow the car directly to our nearest Authorized Panel workshop/service centre for assessment within seven (7) days of the breakdown. You can also call your motor insurance company for assistance. We shall not bear any towing charges.
2. Kindly state the followings at our Authorized Panel:
(a) explain the full nature of the problem remembering that you are required to disclose to us all information which is relevant in assisting us to assess the breakdown. If you fail to disclose such information, the warranty benefit shall become void. the Warranty Number, car registration number and current odometer reading; and
3. Upon receiving your car, based on your above information, our Authorized Panel workshop/service centre shall assess the breakdown and determine the malfunction part.
4. You are to contact us and we shall forward you an Assessment Form either through email/fax/app. Upon receiving your Assessment Form and based on your above information therein, we shall liase directly with you and assess the malfunction or breakdown and determine the malfunction part. We will further advise and assist you on the required repairs, replacement to parts and the purchase of competitive original/OEM/used parts based on your budget. We could also arrange for the required parts to be sent to the Authorized Panel (on your behalf). Your warranty benefit will cover either the Authorised Panel’s labour or the parts which will sent to you (which you will have the Authorised panel fix/replace unto your car), up to the limit of your warranty coverage. You may be required to pay the Authorized Panel or the Parts supplier additional cost in the event your overall repair cost exceeds your warranty coverage limit PROVIDED THAT:
(a) the Warranty is valid, subsisting and not void at the time of the breakdown;
(b) You have submitted your Assessment Form to us;
(c) You had carried out the car’s Maintenance/Service within the Recommended Service Interval at a workshop/service centre of your choice;
(d) You had carried out the car’s Maintenance/Service and/or Repair at a workshop/service centre of your choice;
(e) the Warranty Benefit hasn’t been excluded under the Exclusion Clauses stipulated in our terms and conditions including but not limited to accident claim, modifications to the car, non-disclosure, fraud, misrepresentation, undue influence by You; in which case the Assessment Form shall be rejected by us and the Warranty terminated;
(f) the malfunctioned part is in respect of the Parts Under Warranty as stipulated in the E-warranty Cover Note terms and conditions.
